Barnshaws Polska is supplying seven precision curved 813x16 tubes to support the construction of a dual carriageway ring road around the historic city of Wielun. The metal fabrication experts were contacted to lend their unique expertise to the project, which aims to modernise the local area and increase access to one of Poland's oldest cities.

The stadia that host English premiership football matches are often seen as the physical representations of the titanic sporting and financial battles in one of the world's most competitive leagues: the intimidating amphitheatre of the Etihad Stadium, the geometric confluence of the Emirates, the raucous intimacy of Selhurst Park and the traditional fortress that is Old Trafford. All of these arenas share at least one aspect of their construction – they all incorporate curved structural steel from metal bending and fabrication experts, Barnshaws Section Benders.

Barnshaws Polska has brought further support to Polish domestic infrastructure by supplying 17 precision-curved steel tubes to enable the construction of a new viaduct on the S5 expressway. The viaduct will be located nearer Wroclaw, Poland's fourth largest city, constituting part of the direct road connection between Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdansk that the S5 will provide.

Barnshaws Section Benders is famous for bending metal, but this Christmas the Tividale based business received a call from the elves of the North Pole to bend a more festive material. After Rudolph broke into the candy department and ate all the stock, the elves realised they had no candy canes left for the big day. With Christmas only weeks away, and no time to bend the candy in-house, the elves contacted Barnshaws to bend 500 tonnes of straight candy canes before the deadline of the 25th December.
